My Rule 6

How many times have you gone to the gas station and put diesel in your none diesel car?

Or regular unleaded in your super unleaded engine?

How many times have you put the wrong oil in your car?

Chances are you have never put diesel fuel in you none diesel car or unleaded in your diesel car. Nor have you put the wrong oil in your car.

How many times do you put the wrong fuel in your body?

How many times do you put the wrong oil in your body? Inflammatory, artery clogging oil?

Just as you understand what fuel and oil your car needs, it is equally important for you to understand what fuel your body needs to thrive, not just survive and what type of oils your body needs to breathe without struggle and pump blood freely without restriction.

Because you cannot outwork in the gym poor nutrition habits…

… My rule #6 is fuel your body to heal what we have damaged, to reverse what poor nutrition has caused and creating or is leading to; and to build the health, fitness, and body we desire.

You must eat to lose weight, eat to build muscle, and eat fat to lose fat.

It is the choices that you make in each category that determine your success rate.

Diets do not work! In fact, more than 99% of those who go on a diet regain what they lost plus additional weight due the damage they caused to their metabolism.

Diets create a viscous yo yo-yo life that is terrible for overall health and fitness!

Proper nutrition is healing.

Understanding what proper nutrition is I know is not easy task- so many diet mix messages that confuse. Not to mention a food pyramid that is bought.

Guess what?

You do not have to spend countless hours and years researching, learning, and studying the human body as I have.

I created a proper nutrition guideline which includes best alcohol choices, foods to limit, and foods to avoid. It is not a diet; and in fact, most clients have a hard time eating all they need to eat to heal.

I remain a student so I can keep building my best health and fitness for a strong immune and the body I wish to have reflecting back in the mirror.
