Was there any doubt that my first 5 rules I practice to continue my health and fitness journey are all practices towards building and maintaining a strong mind- mental strength and wellness?
We will struggle to lose fat/ weight, we will struggle to make good nutritional habits, we will struggle to build great fitness if our minds are weak. If we are holding onto baggage we have comforted with food. If we are hiding behind food.
I have posted many of times that for most, weight is not a food issue, it becomes one because we create addictions thanks to sugar etc AND it does not start out a food issue, the weight is more often a front for something much deeper.
A bad marriage/ relationship?
Personal unhappiness?
Sexual frustration?
Loneliness?
Abuse?
Etc.
To build our best health, our best fitness, and our best bodies ever… we must do the work to start healing our minds, our hearts, and our souls of the deep rooted upset while we are working on proper nutrition and proper exercise.
