If you were to be single again tomorrow, how would you show up in the dating world?

Would you not date because of the state of your current health and fitness?

Would you diet and hit the gym hard to shed unwanted fat?

Would you have the same hygiene routine you have now or better? Like, I wonder, at what point does someone decide they are no longer going to shave their legs everyday and that be okay with their partner? Why is it even okay with oneself?

All too often we become comfortable and complacent with ourselves, then in our relationship, and then the next thing we know we are so far removed from the person we once were and so far removed from the couple we once were that we do not know how to breathe new life into the relationship and perhaps make it stronger and better than ever.

What if you started showing up today as you would if you were single?

Where do we begin? Well, with ourselves, of course. To breathe new life back into our relationship we must first breathe life back into ourselves through practicing a high level of #selfcare and #selflove so we can rediscover the person who went missing and bring them back stronger than ever.

We have to be selfish so we can be unselfish.

What I do for self care and self love is for me and only me. I want to feel and look my very best when I look in the mirror at myself.

If others appreciate great. I do it for me and because I do it for me I will never allow anything or any person stand in way of me loving me.
