Know that we are either moving backwards or forwards, there is no standing still!

Yesterday, I asked do you remember being 18 and thinking 50 was old.

At 50 years young with a health age of 32 and a heart that is healthier than most 20 something year olds per my doctor:) I have- with intention- made 50 the new premium version of 30’s for me.

Why premium?

Because my knowledge, my expertise, and life experience gained between 30 and 50 gives me knowledge, expertise, and experience I did not have in my 30’s. It is only knowledge, expertise, and experience that can be gained from living.

Why is this knowledge, expertise, and experience that I have gained important to you and how does it benefit you?

Let me ask, when you were in your teens, your 20’s, your 30’s, and your 40’s you had knowledge for what changes each decade would bring from text books and maybe even those that say to you “just wait to you are 50 and you will know what aches and pains are and how bad it sucks to age” but until you experience it can you really prepare for it, do you really know what to prepare for, and how to avoid certain pitfalls that many have deemed an inevitable and a normal part of what a decade or two or three of birthdays brings.

For me, that answer is hell to the no!

For instance, no one can really prepare a #girl #woman for the changes her body will experience each month with her menstrual cycle and the hormonal fluctuations that come with, the changes her body will experience through pregnancy and breastfeeding, the changes her body will experience each decade both physically and mentally when it comes to sexual health, the changes her body will experience pre menopause through menopause.

No one can prepare a #boy #man for the changes his body will experience through puberty until he experiences it, unlike with #women no one really even discusses with men the changes their bodies will experience hormonally each decade, or truly prepares them either physically or mentally for the changes his body will experience in their quality of erection or even prepare them for how the ability to get an erection may be impacted through each decades- doctors are certainly not having in depth discussions about the correlation of erection health and nutrition with men- instead they are prescribing bandaid drugs which do not promote health and fitness nor do they heal the mental hangups that occur when a man penis cannot perform freely- no one is truly preparing men for each decade either and men are having a lot less discussion about their changes than women are having because men are embarrassed to talk about erection health and their erections issues compromises their manhood mentally so better to suffer in silence.

Are men prepared for and educated on moobs aka man boobs or old man butt? Nope. Neither are women prepared to see man with moobs. BTW woman suffer from old man butt too.

Just saying… we have a lot of work to do in this country and in the world to undo the epidemic of poor health and fitness.

And to regain an incredible quality of life through health and fitness. It cannot be bought and nothing beats it.

It gives you the energy to make all the money you want to make, the brain power to create it, and the quality of days and years to enjoy it!

Health is wealth! It is truly priceless!!

All my knowledge, expertise, and experience gained from well, living and experiencing first hand each decade and what happens during the decades that creates the biggest changes in a woman’s body and learning using my own body as a guinea pig what adjustments a woman has to make to not experience what far to many have bought into as inevitable or normal part of having birthdays brings. Does any women really want to experience weight gain and all the other bullshit that has been accepted as normal? I don’t think so! I know it was not acceptable for me!! And I also knew and know it does not have to be acceptable, it just requires the right adjustments to avoid.

The great news is, even if you are post menopause and you accepted the inevitable and normal bullshit line I can help you 100% reverse and create your new story of health, fitness, and your best body ever.

All of my knowledge, expertise, and experience gained being a sexual woman and remaining a sexual woman because I did not buy into the line mentally or physically of what is inevitable and normal; and then knowing it was important to me to have a partner who can perform on the daily- multiple times per day and/ or for a longer period than what woman were told was inevitable and normal to expect from men as they age (look up average times per age a man is erect before ejaculation- its alarming and eye opening) I had to learn about erection health so I could have the conversations with my dating interests and help them regain their sexual health. Without a doubt I am sure that my open discussion on sex and erection health was scary for many that I dated since separating and I knew I did not want to enter into any relationship with a man who is unwilling to have hard conversations or vulnerable and intimate conversations and I was unwilling to enter into any relationship with a man who is not willing to take control of their health- where their health was not a priority. Hell- it freaks most of you out for that matter when I speak openly about sexual health. No wonder so many are suffering in silence! Suffering has never been my thing!!

Sexualhealth conversation simply involves talking hormones and one taking premium care of their sexual organs- that is all.

It is such an important conversation to have because hormonal health in both men and woman impacts ones overall health and fitness AND BODY COMPOSITION

If you want to avoid inevitable and normal or heal if you are already experiencing inevitable and normal we have to talk about hormones. We have to talk nutrition and hormones because nutrition impacts hormones.

What I bring to the table and what I bring to each client-

aka the benefit of working with me-

is first hand knowledge, expertise, and experience of living those body changing decades AND the willingness and openness to have the hard conversations required to actually heal the body so that together we can create permanent and lasting results that are easy to maintain.

Does that mean men have to talk to me about their penis’s or that I bring up their penises- most men do not want to talk about the erection issues with me so no- and I have had many men talk to me about the improvement in their erection health in a professional way as a result of following nutrition advice I have given because they like telling me I was so right- I can also tell you their wives appreciate me:)- and what it does mean is we never have to have the conversation nor will I ask you how your erection health or your wife how your erection health is because I don’t have to ask- I already know.

How many faces just turned red now?

I know sitting in a restaurant who without a doubt around me is having erection health issues based on their aesthetics like belly and moob situation and even what is on their plate.

I am willing to talk about any topic professionally that has an impact on ones health and fitness and their living a healthy and fit lifestyle.

I know what it takes to heal bodies!

What I can tell you is no one has ever complained that their sexual energy has increased as a result of their bodies healing with me. They have communicated with gratitude improvements in all aspects of life as a result of healting with me. Everyone smiles more and is more relaxed in life:)

I am not a body builder or a bikini fitness competitor. I am just a normal woman with a passion for health and fitness who said fuck you to inevitable and normal aging because what came with inevitable and normal was not acceptable to me. Who wants aches and pains, excess fat, and the limitations that come with inevitable and normal.

Does any woman say I am so glad I have extra back fat, hip fat, and love handles?

Does every woman want to feel and look their best?

Does any man say I am so glad I grew moobs?

Does any man or woman say I am so thrilled my ass has atrophied and I have old man butt?

Does every man want to feel and look their best?

Aren’t we all just a little proud when our partners look and feel their best? When we see others checking them out?

Yes, I know it scares the shit out of you how open and unafraid I am of having real and raw conversations.

Your health and fitness will thank you for being more open and unafraid to speak truths if at a minimum you speak them to yourself in the mirror.

Not everyone wants to speak as publically as I do… I do because I care and have the knowledge, expertise, and experience to help heal. So I share a lot of my depth through blogging and posting because I do not believe you truly want to settle. It is just all you know right now and you need help removing the mental and physical obstacles holding you back.

-all the “inevitable and normal” are all things that are preventable and reversible through nutrition and strength training.
