Muscle Memory

A reminder to all those, including me, who lose muscle gains, in sick or injured times.

My lower booty is very sad:) The muscle spasm that grabbed my sciatic nerve took me out of lifting heavy for far too long.

I think it is finally fully released where I can start incorporating some exercises I had to let go and increase weight overall.

Muscle memory is real! And it comes back faster than we think- if we once had it.

Ready to torn this booty frown upside down:)

Take time needed to let parts heal that need to heal… that does not mean you stop progress forward… you can train around them. It means potential loss in some gains depending on amount of time needed for healing… and then bam… you will gain it back it and then some.
