Rule Number 1

My Rule Number 1 for coming into great health and fitness- then maintaining the highest level of health and fitness because age is just a number!

People are often amazed by how much I eat and even some of the things I eat.

There are many assumptions and you know what they say about assuming.

Now that I have shared with you stats that should be a huge wake up call to look in the mirror and check in with where you are with your health and fitness. Prescription management of ailments is not good health and fitness- it is management. It buys time.

What cures? What heals? What prevents? Proper nutrition and fitness habits.

I am 50 years young with a health age of 32. My goal is to get my health age back into the 20’s.

Even terminal cancer can be healed- that is fact!

So I am going to be adding in post of rules that I follow to maintain premium health and fitness.

Rule #1

My medical team has to be advanced in continuing education and speak nutritional and exercise with me as preventative care- PERIOD.

My medical team needs to be able to speak about natural health and healing that nature grows.

My medical team has to be open minded to my knowledge also and work with me for a win- not for the benefit and win of big pharm to push drugs.

Like my Emory team that treats my disease- one of the first things they did with me was discuss nutritional and foods I should avoid because of my disease and why, foods I should limit because of my disease and why.

Great doctors and this includes psychiatrists understand that poor health and fitness habits are the leading cause for most diseases, chronic illnesses, and this includes mental illness. Furthermore, they understand that replacing poor health and fitness habits can heal, reverse, and or help significantly reduce the need for prescription management or remove the need altogether.

And, great doctors because they understand this, do not let go of the conversation because it is part of treatment that is not optional- they get this.

Great doctors do not get bothered by patients questioning and asking as many questions as they need to before they agree to any type of treatment. I ask a lot of questions.

Think it is easy to find such great doctors- no- it is not and it is 100% worth it. The task if finding such doctors opens your eyes to the handle the big pharm has on the medical profession.

It can make the difference between life and death for so many. Quality of day and life for others.

Lastly, I communicate and gain agreement with all my doctors that I want them to put insurance and pharmaceutical aside and tell me what they would really advise if money were no object, if insurance covered it, etc.

I want care, not restricted care based on insurance, what big pharmaceuticals are pushing at the time, or what suits the governments agenda. I want a true professional is took their oath seriously and has maintained true to that oath and not sold themselves out.

Even doctors, the great ones, are speaking out about the hold that government, insurance, and big pharmaceutical is having on their profession. They are not preventers…. they are there to treat and manage and keep people in the system because that is where the money is.

Hope rule number one helps you!
