I posted a few days ago on Fantastic Fungi, a Netflix documentary, that literally blew our minds.

It is never too late!

It does not matter what side of the vaccine you are on. Vaccines have side effects and those side effects can be different for different people based on their current state of health. Just as 78% of severe covid cases were obese patients.

Poor health and fitness is an underlying condition.

What is different about this vaccine is that it changes DNA. “We the people” were told that it goes in and changes the DNA and creates a DNA that fights the virus. Problem is that DNA change increase a protein that promotes other diseases and inhibits the bodies ability to fight. Turns out that communication that is fights the virus is being proven to be very false. Most of the severe cases of covid right now are people who have been vaccinated. In fact, there is a lot of evidence that people who have had covid should not get the vaccine at all. That people who have underlying conditions should not get the vaccine at all- poor health and fitness aka obese, over fat, skinny fat people. Poor health and fitness comes in all shapes and sizes- it is not just an obese factor. There are lots of skinny fat people. Skinny people on cholesterol, blood pressure, etc prescription management drugs.

The research and stats are there people- this is not my opinion or careless communication!

So, for those who have already been vaccinated, and for those of us that will likely be forced at some point by law to be vaccinate how do we take preventative measures so we do not succumb to a DNA changer that limits our bodies ability to to fight ailments.

  1. We get healthy through proper and I do mean proper nutrition which is not the food pyramid. And its not starving oneself and it is not deprivation. You will feel better than you have ever felt!
  2. We get fit through proper exercise which means we build stronger bodies that maintains our bone density etc. It is not spending hours on cardio machines or doing non stop HIIT. You want to build muscle not burn it! You again will feel better than you have ever felt.
  3. We have to replenish nutrients that deplete naturally with age with healthy and clean supplements.
  4. We have to replenish with health and clean supplements what our body is lacking in vitamins from full blood work results as proper food is not always sufficient to fully replenish what is lacking for some.
  5. We need to be proactive and take natural earth food and supplements that further boost the immune system- preventative- so that we prevent the growth of cancer, etc. That lower risk to viruses and flu’s and greatly diminish the impact if we do.

Right now I am researching mushrooms thanks to Fantastic Fungi. For instance, Turkey Tail mushroom has help cure cancer!
