
Strategic Eating
When I think of how I eat, what I eat, and when I eat it, its strategic eating.
I eat for how I desire and intend to look and feel! The energy, the ease of moving, the ease of activity, and the aesthetics that come from good health and fitness habits.
Nutrition is 90% of good health and fitness!
Why?
1. You cannot out work a bad diet.
• Exercise always benefits and without proper nutrition you will not see all your hard work aesthetically.
• Good nutrition provides energy, poor nutrition limits energy.
• Good nutrition heals the body, poor nutrition creates sickness, disease, and pre-mature death.
2. Prescription drugs manage- they do not heal.
• Aside from antibiotics, which can be bad for your health if over prescribed, prescription drugs manage, mask, and/or provide temporary benefits.
A few examples:
Blood pressure medicine reduces your blood pressure- stop taking it and your blood pressure sores. You are not healed, you are controlled by a med.
Depression/ Anxiety medicine manipulates the brain providing some relief for mental illness- stop taking it and your brain is no longer manipulated. You are not healed, you are controlled by a med, and for most suffering from depression and anxiety the medicines the medicines help and do not provide a feeling of full healing.
Pain medicine also manipulates the brain to provides relief for surgery or chronic pain- stop taking it and you have more pain.
Erectile dysfunction medicine does not sure the erectile dysfunction, they provide temporary erection and limit spontaneity.
This matters! Erection health and heart health is connected so often times erection weakness or failure is a communication signal you need better heart health aka as better nutrition or can even be a signal a heart condition
It is because of these two points, I do not believe in hype or trendy diets.
I actually do not believe in dieting at all!
I believe in eating proper nutrition and adjusting aka as strategizing based on goals like losing fat/ weight, healing such as correcting cholesterol levels, vitamin and mineral deficiencies, and fueling activities.
Nothing and I do mean nothing can replace good nutrition!
Good nutrition is not optional, we just make it optional and that is why 70% of people are in poor health. 70%.
And, the great thing about how I eat- strategic eating- is I eat and manage my weight/ body fat with ease without ever feeling hungry or not satisfied.
It just doesn’t get any better than that!
