I don’t have time…

If its not in our schedule it doesn’t exist!

The question is what does your schedule say about you?

All too often our schedules communicate that we are not a priority in our own life.

⁃ We exercise if we have time.

⁃ We meal plan and prep if we have time.

⁃ We meditate if we have time.

⁃ We go to doctor appointments if we have time.

Everyone and everything else comes first and we come last- if at all.

Trust me- you have time for you- if you make it.

⁃ You have time to exercise- you actually cannot afford not to.

⁃ You have time for proper nutrition.

⁃ You have time to meditate, read, listen to podcast, etc.

⁃ You have time for doctors appointments.

You just have to schedule it and make you and your health non-negotiable! After all the everyone and everything else that is depending on you requires that you be your best you- healthy, fit, and happy!

Lets make you and your heath a priority!

Schedule you first! If you want to exercise at 9am book it on your schedule.

Protect it! When someone ask if your available at 9am, I a am booked at that time, would 11am work or would 1pm be better?
