Are we becoming Wall- E World?

Only 10% of Adult Americans ARE NOT clinally fat, obese, or teetering the line of increasing the current stat of 75% already there in poor #health and #fitness.

75% already there #fat and #obese

15% teetering meaning over fat, just not clinically a stat yet.

Sadly, probably being told they are in good health and need to just be mindful. Far too many doctors play the coddle game afraid to get accused of #bodyshaming, not being #bodypositive

How do I know this?

1. I have had this conversation with health professionals and doctors who do communicate it’s an issue.

2. Proper testing to determine one’s true health is not recommended or covered by insurance until far too late meaning scans that show what’s really happening in veins and arteries unless paid out of pocket. Far too late because it’s after the fact, again reflecting that true #prevention and #preventivecare is our personal #responsibility and personal #ownership as it should be. We are the ones in our day to day lives, unless we have an emergency, as I wrote previously our medical team is there to “check up” on how we are doing taking care of ourselves with #nutrition #strengthtraining #exercise #body and #mind

90% of us are really failing at the foundation of what #selfcare should be!

3. The stat is rising at alarming rates each year in both adults and children so clearly the message from those who most trust the most- our doctors- is not strong enough.

Or are we just that careless about our quality of health and life ?!?!

Maybe a combination of both.

ONLY 10% can actually say they’re in great #health and great #fitness. Of that 10% there is probably only a truly elite 10% of that 10% who truly eats proper nutrition meaning food that has no toxins added including one of the many additives that harm the body, no added sugar; and then meats and fish that are properly raised, properly fed, and humanly treated during their life.

Only about 10% of that 10% who have erased all excuse and reasons to justify ingesting ingredients they know don’t do a body good.

I cannot even place myself in that elite percentage and I continue to work my way that direction on my #healthjourney #fitnessjourney#fitnessjourney

The #habit and #mindset of justifying a moderate amount is a tough one to fully break.

I understand, I do! That’s why I choose to reveal with perfectly imperfect self so that others know it is a journey, just choose to hop on and start experiencing better as better leads to more better!
