Truth is, proper nutrition is imperative to true sexual health. Does LUSCIOUS, DECADENT, DELICIOUS, ENJOYABLE, AND DOWNRIGHT MOUTH WATERING not describe emotions/ senses that arise when we are sexually attracted and turned on by someone or the emotions/ senses that we would want them feel towards us.

Let’s break down my daytime smoothie ingredients and what they mean for the body.
Priority one for building beautiful and sexy muscles that pulls the body in nice and tight; maintains and strengthens bone density; helps maintain a healthy weight; and curbs hunger is Protein!
Why your body needs protein?
1. Build your ideal body- Protein is an important building block of bones, muscles, cartilage, and skin. Did you know that our hair and nails are compromised mostly of Protein.
2. Repair- Your body uses protein to build and repair tissue.
3. Your red blood cells contain a protein compound that carries oxygen throughout the body. This helps supply your body with the nutrients it needs.
4. Protein helps digestion. About half of the of the dietary protein that we consume daily goes into making enzymes. Enzymes that aid in digesting food, making new cells and body chemicals.
5. Protein helps regulate hormones.
Ladies, reality is most of us simply cannot build muscle that would cause us to look like a man- without drugs to do so.
How defined you are is your choice… you can choose to have a flat tummy and not a six pack. Understand it is muscle that brings your body in nice and tight. It is other factors such as fat percentage and water that determine how cut you look- and that depends on how strict your food intake is. That is a personal choice! Beauty is in the eye of the beholder… we each determine for ourselves the reflection we want staring back at us in the mirror. There is a fat percentage to muscle percentage range that helps you maintain weight and fuels your metabolism that accommodates the level of definition you choose.
Most men, not all, naturally build larger muscles more easily than women.
There is a reason there are natural drug free body building and bikini competitions and those that are not.

Reminder; a minimum of 1 gram of protein per kg of body weight per day. Want to grow a booty and add muscle 1.5 to 1. 7 grams of protein per kg of body weight.
What does that mean? When you eat properly to lose fat/ weight and improve your body composition you do not go hungry. To the contrary, you might find it difficult to eat all you need to eat.
