Yes, I am a #Health and #Fitness Coach, a #HealthyLifestyle #Coach
Ultimately, my clients and friends communicate to others that I am a #Life Coach
That’s only because I am all things Health and Fitness! No topic around a #healthy and #fit #lifestyle is taboo.
Why should it be? We cannot #heal and build our best relationship with #self when we cannot talk about all that encompasses #life.
We think so many things in life are optional.
Good Nutrition- optional
Proper Exercise- optional
Dealing with our shit- optional
Healing our shit- optional
These things and more are not optional, not if you want to be truly #happy within to build the best relationship with #self, not if you want to be truly happy in life with others, and certainly not if you want to be in your best health, fitness, and mental well being- not to mention build your best #body ever.
I help my clients, friends, and even strangers through my blogs and post gain #awareness of their #truth so one can work through what they need to work through and want to work through to come out on the other side so that they do not keep repeating a cycle that is not benefitting their life and #goals
I accomplish this by sharing my expertise and introducing other experts such as Mark Groves Kim Anami Dr. Jess Sexologist and experts that these experts have introduced me to.
One of the things I love about every expert I share and every coach I have ever worked with is that they all have one thing in common. They share their journey, their failures and lessons from their failures, their wins- they are #real #raw and #openminded
They continue to share their #journey of #selfimprovement openly and without hesitation
As a result, they are #free
Free from the shackles of others who live life judging, shaming, and knocking others based on their own limited beliefs and mindsets. Based on what they have been taught is right or wrong to talk about openly and/ or in a public forum.
You understand, I hope, that its very likely what you have been taught is inappropriate to talk about or do is a result of the person who taught you- their limiting thinking and inability to talk about those things because they were too uncomfortable.
Like, for instance, my Birds and the Bees talk was wait until marriage because that is God’s wish and the right thing to do. My parents were not comfortable talking about sex because their parents were not comfortable talking about sex with them.
And, it’s not like my parents waited until marriage. Just saying…
I thank God for every coach and expert he has placed in my life. For every life lesson he has given me. For the journey he put me on and has me on to come full circle into what I am here on earth to do.
Help others #heal their #bodies, their minds, and their #selfesteem around every aspect in their life!
Most of all, I thank God for breaking the mold when he made me. Because he gave me the fire from birth to challenge that which does not make sense, the voice to speak up without fear, strong intuition to sense that which needs to be sensed and recognized, a GUT instinct that always deserves a follow, and an open mind to share the good, the bad, and the ugly.
My #real #raw and #authentic is living in practice of a #healthy life!
That includes the practice of counterbalance.
There are some fitness trainers who want to give the perception that they are perfect meaning they never drink, eat sugar, etc. Maybe there are some that live that strict and I do not think that most of us in the world can relate to such a deprivation of life- of living.
Like, its a turn off for me.
Perfection does not exist, progress does.
So my choice and decision as an expert is to teach you how to counterbalance to create wins without #selfsacrifice and #selfsabotage
Know that recovery from all things like hormone changes, nights out, alcohol, etc starts pre-game and continues after.
