Money can come and go;
You are forever in relationship with yourself!
Is it a happy one?
Do you practice a high level of self care and self love for strong self esteem and self confidence?
Do you take ownership of your health and fitness?
Do you take ownership for how you react to and treat others?
Hell, do you even have self awareness? Or are you too busy judging everyone else so you can ignore what you need to recognize in yourself? And your own shit?
Rule Number 5
Self Awareness!
Gain self awareness by cleaning the mirror and cleaning your lenses so you can stop blaming others for all that is not right in your life, and own your current state of health and fitness, own how you react under stress and the trail of hurt you cause yourself and others as a result of how you react, own what triggers you and why- heal it and more importantly- stop blaming others for how you respond when you feel triggered
– that is your baggage not theirs-
be real with yourself so you can be real with others, be authentic with yourself so you can be authentic with others, be vulnerable with yourself so you can be vulnerable with others, let go of your ego so you can show up for others without ego, have an intimate relationship with yourself so you can have deep and true intimacy with others…
Build a truly loving, healthy, fit, and happy relationship with oneself.

This allows you to then build strong relationships- deep intimacy with others. Relationships that you so crave.
Until then, you will remain in search for the next high because you are not truly whole and healed inside.
