It’s Simple, Not Easy… At First, Then It Is

Its Simple, The Magic Pill IS and HAS BEEN there all along, its called proper nutrition, proper supplementation, and proper exercise!

My advice has been very outspoken because we the people have to wake up, as we the people statistically are getting fatter and more unhealthy each month. 

I have shared the base line of what “My Nutritional Food Guide” involves on Facebook and Instagram on the regular. Actually, if you look at my advice that has been very outspoken- spoken loud and clear well before doctors who have a high profile now on Instagram and Facebook for Nutrition had a high profile likely even before they had an Instagram account at all with exception of Dr. Gundry and Dave Asprey (who is an anti-Aging Biohacking Specialist and not an actual doctor)- experts I share because I know the more experts we hear the same advice or close to from, the more likely we are to listen. 

 I am also a big believer that titles do not make an expert, knowledge and depth of knowledge does. 

It’s one dedication to study, depth of study, and openness to stay in continued learning to evolve and remain a scientist for truth and facts that separates, in my opinion, an actual expert from a title.

And I share my favorite MD’s because I know for many of you title makes a huge difference, it is credibility. 

An unfortunate reality is most doctors have only the training on nutrition they received in medical school which is a disgrace. That is very limited training at best. They voted down continuing education on nutrition and exercise so if that is not evidence on what and where medicine in today’s world is at, I do not know what is. They are fed FDA guidelines. 

It is what I heard one doctor say medicine is today, sick medicine. Doctors are there to help you when you are sick. Preventative, true preventive care, is on us as individuals.  

Truth

I do not place the blame of this truth and facts on doctors and nurses; and they hold some responsibility, because they as individuals can make the decision to learn more and not play into the agenda of big pharmaceuticals, big insurance, and well, big food that impacts FDA food guidelines.  An even more unfortunate reality is that doctors and nurses are not exempt from the obesity statistic. 

I have often asked myself, how can the very people who witness so much death and destruction from obesity and being fat, be obese and fat. They are human, just like me, and just like you. 

Their title does not make them exempt from having underlying issues where they turn to food for comfort.  In fact, with all that they see, they may even have more issues that cause them to turn to food for comfort.

It begins and ends with mental and emotional health.

Preventative Care, Healing Care, and Fat Loss Care all looks the same. 

To not get fat to begin with and practice preventative care, you focus on eating 

  • Organic and pasture raised naturally fed beef and chicken or pork, wild caught seafood
  • Organic fruits 
  • Organic veggies
  • Dry roasted nuts (peanuts are not a nut, they are a bean, green beans are veggies- most other are not) meaning nuts not roasted in oils at all
  • Health Fats like Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Avocado Oil or Avocados, Coconut Oil, and Real Butter from the same organic and pasture raised cows we eat

To heal, you focus on eating

  • Organic and pasture raised naturally fed beef and chicken or pork, wild caught seafood
  • Organic fruits 
  • Organic veggies
  • Dry roasted nuts (peanuts are not a nut, they are a bean, green beans are veggies- most other are not) meaning nuts not roasted in oils at all
  • Health Fats like Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Avocado Oil or Avocados, Coconut Oil, and Real Butter from the same organic and pasture raised cows we eat

To lose fat, you focus on eating

  • Organic and pasture raised naturally fed beef and chicken or pork, wild caught seafood
  • Organic fruits 
  • Organic veggies
  • Dry roasted nuts (peanuts are not a nut, they are a bean, green beans are veggies- most other are not) meaning nuts not roasted in oils at all
  • Health Fats like Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Avocado Oil or Avocados, Coconut Oil, and Real Butter from the same organic and pasture raised cows we eat

To maintain fat loss with ease, you focus on eating

  • Organic and pasture raised naturally fed beef and chicken or pork, wild caught seafood
  • Organic fruits 
  • Organic veggies
  • Dry roasted nuts (peanuts are not a nut, they are a bean, green beans are veggies- most other are not) meaning nuts not roasted in oils at all
  • Health Fats like Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Avocado Oil or Avocados, Coconut Oil, and Real Butter from the same organic and pasture raised cows we eat


Exercise

  • Weight train no less than 3 days a week
  • Be active 6 days a week

Depending on where you are, determines other recommendations I would make based on my studies on what I know about ingredients, and also, your timeline when it comes to losing fat.  Healing care is really a non-negotiable arena depending on what you are needing to heal from such as cancer. 

The above is all so simple, it’s not easy because it requires change; and, when it comes to changing dietary habits we love to resist. As we create the habits and we stick to those habits, it becomes out way of life. 

When it becomes our way of life, it is easy, because you will feel so much better. Likely, like an entirely different person that you will never want to return to your old habits.

I have had many clients that have loved their new bodies!  I have yet to have a client say I am sorry I do not like this new body, can you help me gain the weight back.  I have had many clients that “don’t want to “sacrifice so much” for better health, better fitness, and a better body because they are “foodies”.

Oh, my friends, you are 100% sacrificing. 

You are either sacrificing health which impacts your self worth, your self esteem, your self confidence, and how you feel or you are sacrificing by eating foods creating the fat suit you are wearing that doesn’t really belong to you or suit you well in life that is actually sucking the energy right out of you.

Choose your sacrifice.
