Does Moderation Pay???

It’s human nature, self serving behavior, to believe what we want to believe and believe that which supports what we want to do

… and call anything that contradicts rubbish. 

Today I am addressing this directly towards nutrition and beverage.

I am always going to speak truth and facts based on science and medical research (study after study after study- not just one scientist or one medical specialist) and then I experiment with my own body and health to put studies to the test. I share the results with my own body (anecdotal evidence) because I personally don’t trust easily… and I am certainly not a jump on the band wagon or hype person. I put research to the test personally. When research and studies only show benefits without risk… like I was never going to be a Guinea pig for the jab.

First- selfishly- do always be optimizing my own health and fight my disease, and second- unselfishly- to bring truth and facts to my clients so they can remove excuse and reasons should they so choose; and at minimum, start being honest with themselves because lying is always costly.

Bad ingredients regardless of the amount disrupt your GUT for days. Now is 5 glasses aka as a bottle of wine going to make you feel worse, of course, because most would then be drunk and it doesn’t even take a glass to disrupt- period.

Which means if you are putting a disruptive ingredient such as processed sugar, seed oils, alcohol regardless of how little in your GUT every few days you are staying in a state of disruption.

It is your habits hindering your fat loss and health! Because most who are overfat need to heal their systems first and constant disruption does not allow complete healing.

You cannot out work a bad diet- period!

Those of us who have already built the muscle and created the fat burning machines can handle the disruption better than a person who has fat loss goals.

Let’s move away from fat loss goals for a moment… and onto the topic of health.

For many of my clients and friends their fat loss goals are medically needed and medically advised so a belief in moderation when quality of life depends on change is choosing to not win.

It’s choosing to not care… about you!

That’s fine!

It is your choice afterall.

It’s my choice to not listen to your complaints when there is 100% something you can do about it.

I care and love you way to fucking much to coddle you into an early grave… or diabetes… or heart disease… disease of any kind.

Just know anyone and everyone has the ability to do anything they want to do for as long as they want to do it. We all have strength and the power of decisions on behalf of ourselves. Don’t forget that!

Your excuses are just that excuses to do what you want to do versus what you should be doing.

I personally don’t focus on aesthetics, I focus on health and fitness knowing the aesthetics will follow.

My clients who want the aesthetics and that is their drive we focus on aesthetics through improving their health and fitness.

Nutrition, Supplements, Strength Training, Activities, and Mindset are always discussed.

They learn to recognize in themselves the inflammation that happens when they choose poor ingredients.

There is a reason why my doctors call me their “dream client”, “a little chemist”, and why I continue to shock them with how well I am doing compared to others who have my same disease.

I l, first, listen and implement their knowledge.

l, second- knowing that 90% plus of doctors do zero continuing education of nutrition, strength training, activities, and mindset- I stay in deep education of nutrition and the correlation between foods and the systems within the body to bring forward to them perhaps new options to create a remission or dormancy in the disease that has never been done.

I am a partner in my care and do not put all the responsibility on them. I actually put most on myself with preventative care.

I, third, am a total nerd on topics that I am passionate about. I never just scratch the surface. I dive to the depths where few are willing to go and only about 10% of scientist and doctors go.

So the difference between me and others, is when I eat these sweet tarts pictures here I don’t lie to myself and say they are not going to disrupt my body for a few days.

I don’t say I have earned them or deserve them.

I just say I have my fucking period and I want to eat them and I am willing to face the consequences of eating them.

Now, If I had not already done the work to build the muscle and the fat burning machine that metabolizes things quicker than a person overweight and over fat I would have the following conversation with myself

Alexis, what’s more important to you, the 5 minutes of sugar or the fat loss goal?

If my body goal is important, the sweet tarts would not be worth the disruption based on my knowledge and truth.

If I eat then then I own my fucking choice without whining that I am not sure why my results are slowing down. Or excuse that I didn’t eat all of them.

At 51. 5 years young with a health age of 32, I’d say my nutrition guide works. My heart is healthier than most twenty something years old per my doctor. I have clients who’s doctors are asking them what are they doing and to keep doing it. If it were not for my disruption of disease I have zero doubts my health age would be twenty something.

My scripts are fucking brutal on the body! BRUTAL!!

So if you have the balls to handle truth and the mindset for truth and facts without judgement of your decisions as I never judge, I just don’t coddle, I do lead and provide loving support. AND you want to build better health, better fitness, and a better body you will hire me. You would at minimum purchase my nutrition guide and start healing your body.

People who truly want results will choose truth and facts over what they want to hear all day long.

I speak from first hand experience.

I fought my medical team for two years after diagnosis because what I wanted to hear was their was a cure and I wanted to hear how to make the disease and it’s side effects go away. I was not accepting of truth. That two year battle was painful for them and painful for me and cost me time in learning my new normal.

What is keeping you standing in a space of only wanting to hear what you want to hear and what is it costing you?
