There are pre-pay discounts available. Other than Bootcamp, only 1 month pre-pay is available. Pay month in advance for 4 or more sessions per week and receive 1 session free each week! Why 4 or more? 4 to 6 days of strength training is recommended maximize results in sculpting muscle, losing fat, and building a balanced body.

OBAB does not accept clients who cannot commit to a minimum of 3 days a week.

Why is this a standard? (see OBAB Standards) A minimum of three days a week is necessary to achieve results if nutrition is being strictly followed. More importantly, we can and are able work each muscle group in three days a week so that we are protecting our clients safely by creating balanced bodies- the workouts just look a little different than 4 to 6 days. OBAB has this standard in place because an unbalanced body results in weaknesses increasing risk of injury during workouts and in normal day activities.
