It’s questioned until the fat starts drop off and all the sculpting done in the gym begins to show its reveal.
I just got chills as I wrote that! Why? Because there is no greater feeling as a Health and Fitness Coach then the moment your client begins to see the results!
Let’s be honest, its hard for us each, especially at the start, to see our own progress at times. People may be taking notice and complimenting… and you may not even believe their words because you are not seeing the results. You are sore and wondering when…
then all of the sudden you awake and realize the efforts of the last week, two weeks, or three weeks are reaping rewards.
Each person has different starting point and each person has different goals they wish to reach.
What we do in the gym sculpts our ideal body. Our nutrition plays a huge part in how much lean muscle and how quickly we reveal what we sculpt!
Yes, I repeat a lot, and I will keep repeating until the reality of true health and fitness is heard. Then I will keep repeating until it is implemented. And then I will keep repeating until you reach true health and fitness goals- the ultimate immune booster and the best prevention of attacks such as viruses, disease, etc.

Now it’s time for my favorite evening go to… that just happens to taste like a yummy milkshake!
“Go To” Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie

⁃ Gundry Plant Protein- Chocolate Protein
⁃ Organic Frozen Avocado and/ or Ice
⁃ All Natural No Sugar Added Chunky Peanut Butter
⁃ Unsweetened Almond Milk or Water
I start with ice/ avocado, peanut butter, protein powder, and nibs… then add liquid until solids are covered. Too thick… just add a little more liquid and blend.
Taste like gourmet best of the best peanut butter cup and provides a nice texture which is super satisfying.
